TREE TRIMMING

We will be having trees across the property trimmed and some removed for the next few days. While this is taken place you will see tree limbs, debris and clippings in the common areas; though they will be picked up and removed from the property as quickly as possible.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

THIEVES

THIEVES

Our property, Arlington Oaks Condos, has been attacked again by a gang of thieves. We, as a community need to come together and attack back. We are asking each and everyone to be aware of your surroundings. If you pull through the parking lot and see something that does not look right, do not hesitate to call 911 (Arlington PD does not have a non-emergency number so you do have to dial 911).

Avoiding an auto-theft is unpredictable, but being aware, alert and attentive could prevent it.

Auto Theft Tips

  1. Use Common Sense- If you are wary of the safety of your car or see someone loitering around the parking lot, it’s best to park somewhere else. It’s better to walk a few extra steps than to have your car stolen because you ignored your instincts.
  2. Don’t leave your car unlocked- Leaving your car unlocked is like being invited to an all you can eat buffet!
  3. Never leave your car running, especially while it is unattended or unlocked- Might as well just give your car away!
  4. Never leave your windows open- Grab and Go is exactly what would happen!
  5. Don’t leave valuable personal property in your car- If it means something to you, then don't leave it behind, unless you like your life being a country song- "You don't know what you got till it's gone"!
According to our cameras these thieves have been targeting our property between 2am and 4am. We are working with the APD Auto Theft Unit, and if there is any information you would like to provide, please contact the Management office at 817-640-0395.

Small Pool Update

UPDATE:
The small pool repairs have been completed and the pool is operational again.

We appreciate your patience with this maintenance item!

AOC Management

Small Pool Out of Order

Currently the small pool is down due to maintenance repairs. The pool safety light is out and this is considered a safety hazard. To prevent any accidents we cannot allow access to the pool area; including the hot tub.

If you are needing the benefits of the hot tub please utilize the main pool until further notice.

Our maintenance staff is working diligently to rectify the issue and once we have confirmed the light is working properly we will reopen the pool back up.

We apologies for any inconveniences and the current look of the pool, though safety is a priority.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

2016 Brings Volunteer Activities at Arlington Oaks Condominiums

The management and the board of directors at Arlington Oaks Condominiums are working on a creative program in 2016 to bring both residents and board members together for a common goal... improving the property in various areas of the grounds.

Residents (both tenants and owners) can sign-up to take part in simple landscaping and grounds-keeping activities with the help of a member(s) of the board of directors to oversee the work being done.  Activities may include: grass seeding, raking, weeding, planting flowers, plants, or ground-cover, improving drainage, painting, trimming trees, etc.

Arlington Oaks Condominiums will provide the tools, materials, gloves, etc. that will be needed to perform the work, all we need is you to show up and be ready to contribute!

Get involved in this new program by contacting management or checking on the calendar of events to see what areas of the property will be hosting activities in the weeks and months ahead.  Just another way we are hoping to bring residents, management, and board members together in 2016 - all for the greater good of the Arlington Oaks Condominiums property owners.

Call the office to learn more at (817)640-0395 or visiting the CALENDAR page of our website at www.ArlingtonOaks.org
